So i haven’t worked out for like three days. I have been eating clean and healthy. But it’s that time of the month and i find it such a bigger battle to get myself to workout. Some motivation needed!

Killer Ab Workout:
- 25 Stability ball crunches
- 20 Leg lifts (with ball between legs)
- 30 Regular Crunches (with heels on the ball, legs at 90 degrees)
- 40 Bicycles
- Plank to failure
Repeat this circuit 3-5 times. If you can do more have at it! Remember to use proper form so you don’t injure yourself and reap maximum benefits! QUALITY over quantity. Exhale as you contract your abs. Pause at the top to really squeeze the abdominal muscles. Don’t yank on your neck!

Good morning! I’m off to school! It’s 10:33 AM! I worked out at around 8 AM! And yes, here’s the Thursday workout!! Another great feeling! :) I was wearing a thick sweater while working out this time and I swear it got soaked in sweat! You guys should really give this daily workouts a try! It’s worth it! And, make sure to take short period rests between each, it’s important for your body to compensate with the workout. Don’t force yourself, just enjoy each workout slowly and routinely.
It doesn’t matter how slow you go what matters is, you’re closer than you were yesterday! Ciao! I’m off to school! Wish me luck! Oh and if you have questions go hit my ask section.. title is : “Give it a shot!” =) Byeee! xx
Hey, are these daily workouts effective for weight loss or more toning?
This month I will begin a Challenge Im putting myself up for. Im calling it my July Challenge, this month I will lay off junk food, sodas, rice, white bread, fried food, and anything else that is unhealthy. I will incorporate more healthy meals into my daily life. Also working out 5 times a week, my target is to loose inches as well as fat. Mostly focusing in my thighs, hips and stomach. I am a big hip type of gal, so this is definitely going to be hard to lose that fat.
Any motivation is definitely welcome as well as people to join me on this challenge.
Sooooo….off I go!
